JAPANESE TSUNAMI
I know that this new was published some time ago, but I think the Japanese tsunami is a worthy news to be count, for the honor of the large number of people who died.
The country experienced a year ago one of the worst tragedies in its history.
On 11 March, a 9 earthquake followed by a tsunami that swept away dozens of villages and left 16,000 dead and nearly 4,000 missing.
Besides the worst nuclear crisis since Chernovil 80,000 evacuated by radioactivity.
Japan can't and don't want to forget the pain that the tsunami caused.
The Japanese are accustomed to earthquakes, but this time something seemed different. Following is a powerful earthquake razed tsunami with waves up to 40 meters.
The earthquake paralyzed the system refined the Fukushima nuclear plant, one explosion hydrogen inside was recorded, and the atomic alert was declared.

Recipe of the Quiche Lorraine
Ingredients
- For the pastry
- 175g/6oz plain flour, plus extra for dusting
salt
75g/2¾oz butter, plus extra for greasing
(alternatively use ready made pastry) - For the filling
- 250g/9oz English cheddar, grated
4 tomatoes, sliced (optional)
200g/7oz bacon, chopped
5 eggs, beaten
100ml/3½fl oz milk
200ml/7fl oz double cream
salt
freshly ground black pepper
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
Preparation method
- To make the pastry, sift the flour together with a pinch of salt in a large bowl. Rub in the butter until you have a soft breadcrumb texture. Add enough cold water to make the crumb mixture come together to form a firm dough, and then rest it in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Roll out the pastry on a light floured surface and line a 22cm/8½inch well-buttered flan dish. Don't cut off the edges of the pastry yet. Chill again.
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5.
- Remove the pastry case from the fridge and line the base of the pastry with baking parchment and then fill it with baking beans. Place on a baking tray and bake blind for 20 minutes. Remove the beans and parchment and return to the oven for another five minutes to cook the base.

BASKETBALL
Basketball
is a sport which requires concentration and hard work, but it is also a team
sport, one of the most important things. I’m in a team since I am 8 years so I
was very small. I started to play because my dad insisted basketball and
basketball and finally I play. I think that when you are in this age they not
only teach you how to play basketball, also they teach you how to be a good partner
and to share.
My
favorite thing of basketball it’s that you make a lot of friends in your own
team and in other teams you play with. And then when you play against the same
team, they’re your friends and you enjoy a lot. The training is also fun
because you learn new things while you have a good time with your friends.
Well,
now I’m going to talk about what we usually do in the training. First we do a
little worming, run and stretch. Then we
do physical exercises like jump rope, abdominals pushups, steps, weights, and all
this staff. In the rest of the training we practice passes and movements we’re
going to do in the match.
Depending
the club you go you have to wear in the training a special equipment or not,
but in the matches we have to wear special costume for playing. Now I’m in
Unión Laguna, and this is our equipment.
